Been Hired to Hand Tame a Cockatiel

I've been a member of the Parrot Club of Manitoba for some time now and one of the members has taken a shine to my birds. He likes my babies so much that he's hired me to teach his 8-9 week old cockatiel, Nicolas, to flight train like the one baby of mine that he's had for some time. This should be an interesting challenge!
