A Late Night with Nicolas

I had Nicolas out rather late yesterday evening, as I had a busy day. Plus I didn't feed them until later in the eve, so I knew they were hungry. Ten minutes with them went without a hitch. They flew to me and if they didn't return, they came when called. It's amazing what a clicker and a little bit of seed can do to a hungry bird, LOL! Going to try again today and see what happens. Nicolas' owner wants me to try them with another bird out, so I'm going to try having Redshift out. He's trimmed, though, but might provide enough of a distraction that I need.
On Friday eve I had the Parrot Club of Manitoba. Had a lot of people at the meeting :) As usual I won a ton of bird toys, and a foraging toy that I hope August learns to use. I also won a bath fizzer and some soap. I've already used the fizzer (delightful!) and the soap should be equally appealing once I find a place to put it!
On the Art front, just got another commission in from another Aunt. She wants some Christmas pictures done. I am so thankful that these commissions are coming in when they are! :)
