This protective body shield is source unknown. I can't remember where it came from - if you know, feel free to tell me so I can give credit where credit is due :) .
All you need for this shield is a small container of salt water. I believe it would be a good shield for ghost hunting, for when you go into a haunted house.
Take the salt water and mark your hands, forehead and feet with a pentacle. As you recite the shield, envision a bubble of light surrounding you with a see through inside and a mirrored outside.

Each grain of salt are foci for my intent
