Personal Shield

Before doing this shield, you'll need to mix some salt water and charge it with protection. Then, as you recite this casting of protection over yourself, draw a pentacle on yourself over your hands, feet and third eye. I would do something like this if I'm ghost busting or if I'm going into an astral icky area.

I am safe from any external influence and my energy will not seep outside my markings.

Each grain of salt are foci for my intent and beacons of my will to anything that comes near.

Let these markings strip me of all negative presences and allow me to connect with the deepest parts of myself and the world around me. '
