We often petition the Gods for things we need, but sometimes we need to thank them for things they've helped us with. Below is a simple Prayer/meditation that you can do.
Write down all the things you're thankful for. Place the paper under a candle. When lighting a candle say something about how you're thankful for the Gods help in things and that the items on the paper are the specific things you're thankful for. You can let the candle burn out, or let the candle burn for a few minutes every day until the candle is spent.
