My aunt Katie is kind enough to drive me to Myrrh's third class tomorrow :) I'm always worried that Myrrh will be a pest, but I realize I need to be confident and let my knowledge and experience lead the way. We're working on Leave It and walking on a loose leash. We need a LOT of practice in both areas. As they say - practice makes perfect. :)

The birds are doing well, though I'm a touch worried about August's beak. Looks a bit long. I won some food supplement in the parrot club raffle today, so I'll start adding that to his diet tomorrow. And I'm getting paid at the end of next week, so I should be able to pick up some much needed pellets. Anything to improve my birds' current diet.

Won a bunch of stuff at the Parrot Club Raffle today! Two embroidered bird images, bird toys, a book and a package of some 'clay vitamin' that mimics the clay lick diet of amazonian parrots. The bags of bird food were taken before I could grab them - darn tix, LOL. But this clay lick stuff looks good and is of a decent quality. Hell, I can even use it for when the conures start to breed! Pretty stoked about that :)

So that's it for today. Will update ya'll at a later date.
