Update on the Conures, etc

Well, the Conure situation's cleared itself up! The lady who was going to take Springer's sibling did end up taking his sibling, which means Springer is still mine :) . I'm pretty excited about having conures again. I've thought about all the birds I've had, up to and including Proto and Shray'le, my first birds ever (budgies), my first cockatiels Air Raid, Slingshot and Skydive, and my first ever conure, Moonie (aka Moon Base One). Then there were my first Japanese Quail, Farscape, Chase and Squick, and my first Zebra Finches, Gum and Arabic. So many birds!

Romance between StrongArm and Sideswipe is slow, but they're at least not avoiding each other like they used to. While not pair bonded, they do seem to like each other. Maybe there'll be eggs in the spring? Who knows :)
